Hakkasan is one of the world’s most recognisable fine dining establishments. Having
expanded their brand to the UAE in 2010 Hakkasan chose Jumeria Emirates Towers
as their new Dubai home.
This 21.000 sq ft fit out comprises of a restaurant, bar, lounge, private dining area,
external terrace and heavily serviced kitchen area.
Update Group were the nominated MEP contractor for fit out of both internal and external
spaces. The project had high end lighting and lighting control specification as well as
a complex ventilation system in a heavily serviced ceiling void. Involving a large
amount of coordination between the design and multiple disciplines, this project had a
very tight project programme which had to be adhered to due to the official opening
of the restaurant.
