Credit Suisse, the widely respected international Financial Institution established a Middle East base at the early stages of the inception of DIFC. Following a number of successful years trading, upgrading their existing office structure was required. Update Group were successfully appointed as MEP Contractors for the strip out and installation of the office project. Initially covering one floor, then further extended to cover an additional 2 floors the project, covering 27,000 sq feet included office and meeting space as well as IT Server room. The challenges on this project were the requirement for the client to remain operational with no business closures during the time of the refit, close attention to procurement and programming are essential aspects of this role to ensure this is achieved.
